The Story of the Ukrainian Chair:

This hand painted chair is a beautiful way to incorporate your heritage into your room decor or showcase your support for Ukraine in these trying times.

This sturdy, wooden chair was recycled, sanded down, and hand painted by a Pottstown local artist: Bob Makowski. His painting was inspired by the book The Ukrainians by Andrew Wilson. After painting, Bob sealed the chair to protect the paint. He then donated the chair to Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Phoenixville, PA for a raffle fundraiser.
